Our signature class is a fusion of Pilates, Barre, and yoga. Seamlessly combining the strength-building precision of barre, the core-centric movements of Pilates, and the mind-body harmony of Yoga. Infusion is not just a class, it's an experience designed to sculpt stretch, and center your body & mind.
Strength
This class is designed to help you harness your inner athlete, build metabolism & increase your overall strength. We will engage in variety of free weight exercises designed to progressively increase the resistance ensuring that you continually challenge
POWER
An invigorating blend of strength training precision moves & High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that delivers a unique & transformative workout experience. We will work our smaller muscle groups in combination with HIIT intervals to enhance your cardiovascular endurance.
Flow
This class is a combination of flowing movement and deep stretching to help you find balance, release tension, & renew your sense of well-being. Throughout the class we will emphasize mindful breath work to help you stay present in the moment, reduce stress & enhance your overall mind-body connection
Personal Training/Private Sessions
Our personal training goes beyond exercise. Each one-on-one session is part of a personalized wellness approach built around our four core pillars: Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep, and Revive/Recover. Together, we’ll assess your current habits, set realistic goals, and create a program that supports your body, mind, and lifestyle — both in and out of the studio.
